Tough one. Maybe Blind Riffle - To retain top stock?
You are close. Where does Erdnase suggest using that technique to add two cards to a stack?

Got it; although I had to read for a bit (is that cheating?). Ordinary methods of stocking, etc. "...and give the three of a kind to the dealer."
No, it's not cheating at all. The whole point is to get everyone reading Erdnase. Good job finding it!
